Falcon Brae Villa

The “Falcon Brae” Villa is set high on a hilltop above Stonefly Lodge with 360 degree views over the surrounding mountains and river below and will accommodate a family or small groups of up to 6 adults and up to 4 children. 

The design is a modern contemporary designed building of 640 sq metres capturing the spectacular views and offering the guests complete privacy with security gate and private helicopter access.  Located on a privately owned 350 acre property surrounded on two sides by rivers, and includes a private forest and spectacular native bush walks.

The central complex adjoining the suites will house the large central lounge area with 5 metre ceiling, sunken bar, media room, gym, commercial kitchen and 3 dining spaces.  The large deck space, spa & pool with a fully equipped entertainment pergola will be a focus for outdoor relaxing.

The entire Villa can be booked as exclusive use with private chef and house staff, offering complete exclusive privacy.  On occasions, two of the suites may be sold as an alternative upgrade to the existing Stonefly deluxe rooms where guests will dine at the Stonefly Lodge. 

As with Stonefly Lodge, the Falcon Brae Villa will be completely off the grid with solar panels providing all the power required.
