Built in the 1880s, The Annandale homestead has been lovingly restored to create a luxurious five-bedroom villa, in a private and tranquil setting, providing guests with one of New Zealand's foremost Owners Cottage accommodation options.
The Annandale Owners Homestead villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 12 persons in five bedrooms in sublime comfort.
The 557 square meter villa may date back to the mid 1800’s but has been lovingly restored and updated to provide spectacular modern day comforts.
The Owners Homestead villa is accessed via its own private entrance and security gates. Upon entering you are greeted by eight acres of spectacular multi award winning gardens. The villa features formal and informal lounges, five fireplaces indoor and out. A Sonos sound system provides entertainment to the villa and pool pavilion. Satellite digital television provides all of the latest news and entertainment channels.
The villa also features its own private swimming pool, jacuzzi and flood lit tennis court. The swimming pool pavilion features a fully equipped gymnasium, an outdoor fireplace, barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor dining setting.
